Generally the watch is very good. I wish the 1/10th subdial worked correctly and I have swapped the strap to a black fabric strap which sets it off better
This one is going to be a lengthy review of how grateful I am and also how the whole team at MoonMods went above and beyond.
I ordered the OEM Mission to the Moon series watch with Steel Bracelet back in June.
I was noted that there will be a delay in the production of my watch due to the US team being away for important matters. A few weeks went by and I thought maybe I was forgotten. The headquarters reached out to me and explained the situation and took matters to their own hands and basically finished my watch to be sent from Hong Kong to me. There were hiccups with the customs and sadly it was returned to them, MoonMods did not shift blame or delay anything, they instructed the US to finish my watch in a couple of days and get it sent to me without excuse nor delays.
This greatly speaks for them as they went above and beyond with customer service, they could have just went like, well the watch got returned, you will need to wait for us to reship it back. Instead they got the US team to remake a complete watch for me.
Anyone else that is wondering if you should order it, I would say do so without questions, these guys are legit, goes above and beyond in customer service and they actually care about each customers custom piece.
