Where do you ship from?

Your shipping address is carefully reviewed by our staff, and assigned the nearest 1 of 4 Moon Mods locations to reduce import taxes

If you prefer a location, this is available upon request

Do you offer a warranty?

Certainly! This is a human right!

We offer our own 12 month warranty on all builds, and even beyond this period our team will be here to help

Can I use my own Watch?

Absolutely! You can send it to one of our Watchmakers, and order our "Use Your Own" product
