Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

Hand Assembled to Order

Each Moon Mods watch is hand assembled to order by our watchmakers.

Depending on your build, this can include sourcing the donor watch and components, precision assembly or modification, alignment, testing and final quality control.

Our estimated build time reflects the craftsmanship required to complete each watch properly before it leaves our hands.

Build Times

Standard Moon Mods Builds
Approximately 10–15 business days

Limited Editions, Rare OEM Models & Special Orders
Approximately 10–20 business days, depending on availability

Use Your Own Watch
Approximately 10–15 business days from the date your watch is received by our workshop

In-Stock Parts, Accessories & DIY Kits
Usually dispatched within 2–3 business days

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Build times are estimates and are not guaranteed completion or delivery dates.

Occasionally, additional time may be required due to donor-watch or component availability, custom requests, additional testing or quality-control requirements.

If a significant delay occurs, we will provide an updated estimated timeframe. Where required by applicable law, customers will also be given the option to accept a revised timeframe or cancel the affected order for a refund.

For standard orders, the estimated build period begins once payment has been received and we have all information required to complete the order.

For Use Your Own Watch orders, the build period begins once your watch has been confirmed as received by the assigned Moon Mods workshop.

International Fulfilment

Moon Mods operates through multiple international locations and watchmakers.

For OEM and standard orders, we will generally assemble and dispatch your order from the nearest suitable Moon Mods location to your delivery address. This helps reduce unnecessary international shipping and allows for faster, more efficient fulfilment.

The assigned location may occasionally vary depending on donor-watch availability, components, watchmaker availability or workshop capacity.

AFM orders are assembled, quality checked and dispatched from our Head Office, where AFM production and inventory are centrally managed.

Your shipping origin may therefore vary depending on the product and configuration ordered.

Shipping Times

Build time and shipping time are separate.

Once your order has completed assembly, testing and final quality control, it will be prepared for dispatch.

Express Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
Standard Shipping: approximately 5–12 business days

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by the courier, destination, customs processing, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided once available.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for taking reasonable steps to accept or collect their shipment.

If a parcel is lost, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with the courier investigation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for completing any reasonable customs-clearance requirements applicable to their shipment.

If a customer refuses applicable customs charges or does not complete required customs clearance, any eligible refund will generally be assessed only after the parcel has been safely returned to Moon Mods and inspected.

Where permitted by law, reasonable unrecoverable shipping, return, customs, brokerage or carrier costs may be deducted from an amount otherwise refundable.

If a customs issue was caused by an error made by Moon Mods, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.

Use Your Own Watch

For Use Your Own Watch orders, we will provide the appropriate Moon Mods workshop address and shipping instructions.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for safely shipping their watch to Moon Mods.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured shipping service and retaining proof of postage and delivery.

Responsibility for an inbound parcel remains with the sender until it has been confirmed as delivered to the correct Moon Mods workshop, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Once received, your watch will enter our normal assembly, testing and quality-control process.

Local Consumer Rights

Moon Mods operates internationally.

Depending on your country or region, you may have additional mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery, cancellation, refunds, warranties or other matters.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory local consumer law provides greater protection than this policy, that law will apply.
