ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 Business Days to process your order. Expect an confirmation email within 24 hours, and shipping email within 3 Business Days to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping Times

Standard (5 to 12 Business Days)	$30 AUD
Express DHL (3 to 7 Business Days)	$50 AUD

 

These are average shipping times, which are not subject to unexpected delays or customs. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. MOON MODS is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Once tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered” by the courier, ownership and liability for the item transfer to the customer.

Moon Mods is responsible for manufacturing and dispatching your order with a reputable carrier. After confirmed delivery, any loss, theft, or damage occurring at the destination address is outside our control.

If you require signature on delivery or additional insurance coverage, this must be requested before your order is shipped. Signature service is not automatically included unless specified at checkout.

In the event of a missing parcel, we’ll assist with the courier investigation and file any necessary claims on your behalf. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier confirms the claim is approved or reimburses us for the loss.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at watchbuildersco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
