Join Moon Points for Rewards

The Moon Mods Points System is an ongoing loyalty program. By creating an account, earning or redeeming Points, accepting a reward or using a tier benefit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

• You must log in to your Moon Mods account using the email address connected to your purchase to earn, view and redeem Points.
• Points, rewards and tier benefits are personal to the eligible customer. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

2. Earning Points

• You earn 1 Point for every A$1 spent on eligible products, based on the final amount paid after discounts and including taxes.
• Shipping charges and any amount paid using a gift card are excluded from Points earning.
• Orders paid in another currency are converted to AUD using the exchange rate applied at checkout.
• Points earned from refunded, cancelled or partially refunded orders may be removed or adjusted to reflect the final eligible amount paid.

3. Points Expiry

• Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
• Points are redeemed in the order they were earned.
• Your account will show your available Points and, where available, upcoming expiry information.
• Moon Mods will use reasonable efforts to notify you before Points expire.
• Points earned by Moon Mods VIP members are also subject to the standard 12-month Points expiry rule.

4. Tier Status and Tier-Up Bonuses

• Silver, Gold and Platinum tier status is determined by Points earned during the applicable rolling 12-month qualification period. Tier qualification is not based on your current available Points balance.
• Silver requires 1,000 Points, Gold requires 2,000 Points and Platinum requires 3,000 Points earned during the applicable qualification period.
• Redeeming or expiring Points does not reduce tier progress.
• Moon Mods VIP status is unlocked once you earn 10,000 Lifetime Points. Moon Mods VIP status remains permanent and is not affected by Points redemption, Points expiry or future tier reviews.
• A Tier-Up Bonus is awarded once only when you first reach a new tier: 250 Points for Silver, 500 Points for Gold and 1,000 Points for Platinum.
• Each Silver, Gold and Platinum Tier-Up Bonus may be received once only. Re-qualifying for a tier in a later rolling 12-month qualification period does not generate another Tier-Up Bonus.
• The Moon Mods VIP Tier-Up Bonus of 5,000 Points is awarded once only, when you first reach 10,000 Lifetime Points.
• Tier benefits are available only while the relevant Silver, Gold or Platinum tier remains active. Moon Mods VIP status remains permanent once unlocked.

5. Redeeming Points Rewards

• One Points Reward may be used per order.
• Points Rewards have no minimum order value and apply only to eligible products. A discount cannot exceed the eligible product subtotal; any unused value has no cash value and is not paid out or carried forward.
• Points Rewards cannot be combined with discount codes, promotional offers, other Points Rewards or monetary rewards.
• Points Rewards apply only to eligible Moon Mods products sold at regular price.
• Sale items, pre-orders, limited-allocation products and products expressly marked as excluded are not eligible for Points Reward redemption.
• New full-price releases are eligible unless the relevant product page states otherwise.
• A redeemed discount applies to its current order only, has no cash value and will not be refunded as cash if that order is returned, cancelled or refunded.
• Limited-Edition NATO Strap rewards are subject to stock availability, product compatibility and applicable shipping conditions.
• Custom Engraving is subject to eligible products, character limits, production lead times and Moon Mods approval.

6. Tier Benefits

Early Access

• Silver, Gold, Platinum and Moon Mods VIP members may receive early access to selected new-product launches, auctions, limited releases and other Moon Mods events.
• Early access does not guarantee product availability, allocation, purchase eligibility or a successful auction outcome.
• Access timing, eligible products and participation requirements may vary by launch.

Mystery Gift

• Silver, Gold, Platinum and Moon Mods VIP members may receive one Mystery Gift when they first unlock the relevant tier, subject to availability.
• Mystery Gifts may include accessories, services or other Moon Mods products selected by Moon Mods.
• The item, value, availability and fulfilment timing are determined by Moon Mods.
• Mystery Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative item unless Moon Mods agrees otherwise.
• One Mystery Gift is available per eligible tier unlock only. Re-qualifying for a tier does not generate another Mystery Gift.

Complimentary Express Shipping

• Gold, Platinum and Moon Mods VIP members may receive complimentary express shipping on eligible orders with a final product value of at least A$300, excluding shipping charges.
• This benefit may be used multiple times while you hold an eligible tier.
• Complimentary express shipping is available only for eligible orders and delivery locations. Shipping methods, carrier availability and remote-area exclusions may apply.
• Customs duties, import taxes and other destination charges remain the customer’s responsibility.
• Complimentary express shipping cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with another shipping promotion unless Moon Mods states otherwise.

Moon Mods WhatsApp Group Access

• Platinum and Moon Mods VIP members may receive access to the Moon Mods WhatsApp Group.
• The group may include behind-the-scenes watchmaking, workshop and build-process content; opportunities to provide design feedback; and previews of selected new products and limited releases.
• Group access is subject to compliance with the group rules. Moon Mods may remove access where reasonably necessary for misuse, harassment, spam or breach of community guidelines.
• Group content, product previews and release information may not be reproduced, shared or used for commercial purposes without Moon Mods’ permission.

VIP Lifetime A$50 Discount

• Once you reach 10,000 Lifetime Points, you retain Moon Mods VIP status permanently.
• Moon Mods VIP members may apply one A$50 discount to each eligible order with a minimum eligible product subtotal of A$150, before the VIP discount and excluding shipping charges.
• The VIP Lifetime A$50 Discount may be used multiple times on eligible orders while you hold Moon Mods VIP status.
• It cannot be combined with Points Rewards, discount codes, promotional offers or other monetary rewards.
• It may be used together with the Complimentary Express Shipping benefit on the same eligible order, provided all eligibility requirements are met.
• It applies only to eligible regular-priced Moon Mods products. Sale items, pre-orders, limited-allocation products and products marked as excluded are not eligible unless Moon Mods states otherwise.
• The discount applies to the current order only, has no cash value and will not be refunded as cash if the relevant order is cancelled, returned or refunded.

VIP Lounge Access

• Moon Mods VIP members may visit the Moon Mods Lounge in Guangzhou by appointment only.
• Visits are subject to opening hours, capacity, local availability and confirmation by the Moon Mods team.
• Lounge access does not include travel, accommodation, a guaranteed appointment time or any complimentary product or service unless Moon Mods confirms this in writing.

7. Review Rewards

• Review rewards apply only to genuine reviews connected to an eligible Moon Mods purchase.
• A review reward is given regardless of whether the review is positive or negative.
• If you receive Points for submitting a review, you must disclose that you received a Points incentive where required by applicable law or the relevant review platform.

8. Misuse or Errors

• Moon Mods may suspend, reverse or remove Points, rewards, tier benefits or membership access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, misuse, technical error or incorrect Points allocation.
• Unless immediate action is reasonably necessary, Moon Mods will provide notice and an opportunity for you to contact us.

9. Program Changes

• Moon Mods may update, replace, suspend or discontinue individual rewards or tier benefits where reasonably necessary, including for availability, operational, legal, fraud-prevention or technical reasons.
• Moon Mods VIP status remains permanent once unlocked. However, individual VIP benefits, including the Lifetime A$50 Discount, remain subject to these Terms.
• If a change materially reduces the value or availability of existing Points or an active tier benefit, Moon Mods will give affected members reasonable advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to use their existing Points or benefit under the previous Terms where reasonably practicable.

10. Consumer Rights

• Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
